4. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, and feedback necessary for the timely completion of projects. Any delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client may affect the project timeline.

5. Payment Terms All payments for services provided by Kartik Design are due according to the agreed-upon payment schedule. Failure to make timely payments may result in delays in the delivery of the project or suspension of services. We reserve the right to charge interest on late payments.

6. Revisions and Modifications Kartik Design offers a specified number of revisions as part of the project agreement. Any additional revisions or modifications requested by the client beyond the agreed-upon scope may incur additional charges.

7. Refund Policy Due to the nature of our services, Kartik Design does not offer refunds once the project has been initiated or delivered, except in exceptional circumstances as determined at our sole discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability Kartik Design will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to, loss of data or revenue.

9. Confidentiality Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the course of the project. This includes, but is not limited to, business information, client data, and project details.

10. Termination Kartik Design reserves the right to terminate any project or service agreement if the client breaches these terms and conditions or if there are delays or non-payment issues. Any outstanding balances will become immediately due.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions Kartik Design reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
